How to travel with velotaxi in Tallinn?

Slow, but extraordinary way to travel in Tallinn. By velotaxi you can go almost everywhere, where you can’t go by normal taxi. Cars are not allowed everywhere in old town, but velotaxis are. Velotaxies operate from April of May until October. From noon to 8 PM. Prices are about 3-4 €. For children it is cheaper.
